Our clinical team of nurses are skilled, experienced, and are all licensed to administer care by the New York State Department of Health.

Our caring nurses ensure the high standard of home care is maintained and are responsible for regular face-to-face assessments, proper creation and coordination of care plans and nutrition programs, and effective post-discharge rehabilitation procedures. Our professional nursing team also administers medications, as well as other services such as urinary catheter insertion and care, venipuncture and administration of IV fluids or medication, as well as changing dressings.

Our helpful and friendly physical therapists help our clients alleviate chronic pain and restore functionality brought about by injury or illness. Our physical therapists provide personalized assistance to ensure that our clients regain or maintain strength, balance, as well as coordination so that they will be able to move easier and move independently.



Housekeeping
Our hardworking housekeepers will help keep your home tidy and spotless. They assist our clients by performing a variety of household chores such as dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, sweeping and mopping up floors, vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs, and cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers and bathtubs. They are also in charge of making beds and changing linens, doing the laundry and ironing clothing items, as well as emptying trash receptacles and disposing wastes.
Personal Care Worker
Personal Care Workers (also called Home Attendants) help only with basic activities of daily living and cannot perform the health care functions of home health aides. They offer valuable services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, making patients more comfortable at home, shopping, paying bills, doing laundry, and taking you or your loved one to medical appointments.
